School Trips

Where possible year groups make educational visits to support the work being studied in various curriculum subjects. Regular visits include The National Gallery, The Imperial War Museum and Lullingstone Visitors Centre. We make good use of our locality, visiting local churches, High Elms and Farnborough Village.

Two residential visits are normally undertaken during the year. Children in Year 6 visit a PGL centre for a week in the summer, whilst Year 4 can visit another PGL centre in the Autumn Term for three days of adventurous activities.

In most cases parents are asked to make contributions towards the cost of visits. Volunteer supervisors to assist teachers are often needed to enable these visits to go ahead.

Adverse Weather: please assume school will remain open as normal unless you are advised otherwise. See Parents/Adverse Weather page for further information..........Year 3 Enabling Enterprise Afternoon: 27th February..........World Book Day: 1st March..........Travelling Book Fair: 7th-12th March
